Visa Requirements
Africa 2016 participants will benefit from an expedited Visa service from the Egyptian Embassies all over the world.
Nationals from specific countries entitled to Visa upon arrival are kindly requested to head to the Africa 2016 hospitality desk at the airport and present their invitation letter.
Countries entitled to Visa upon arrival are: Australia, Canada, Croatia, European Union, Georgia, Japan, Macedonia, New Zealand, Norway, UK, Ukraine, USA, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, Serbia and Switzerland.
Other nationals needing a Visa should please contact their nearest Egyptian Embassy or Consulate and present their invitation letter.

Ground Transportation
Shuttle buses will be provided to the following destinations:
- Between Sharm El-Sheikh Airport and participating hotels for arrivals and departures between 19th February and 22nd February.
- Between the participating hotels and the Maritim Jolie Ville International Congress Center between 20th February and 21st February.
- Between the participating hotels and venues for evening events.

About Sharm El-Sheikh
Climate
February is usually one of the coldest months of the year in Sharm el-Sheikh, with an average temperature of 22°C during the day and 14°C at night, ideal for golf fans. Sea temperatures are as well at their lowest but still average a warm 21°C throughout the month of February. Temperatures rarely fluctuate by more than a few degrees either side, and the daily weather is reliably dry and sunny.

Dress Code
Business attire is required to attend Africa 2016 sessions.
In Sharm el Sheikh, while most dress codes are accepted in touristic areas, it is recommended to dress more conservatively in residential areas or the old town.
Health Recommendations
Proof of vaccination is required if coming from or have transited through an airport of a country where yellow fever occurs.
