Margaux Constantin is an Associate Principal in McKinsey’s Dubai office. Her work with McKinsey addresses tourism and entertainment sector growth strategies for destinations.
She has developed more than 20 regional and country level tourism strategies within the GCC, Middle East and Africa including aspiration setting, value proposition, source markets and target segments, hospitality offering, infrastructure, product offering and marketing strategy, as well as potential deep dives in specific tourism related masterplans and in FDI attraction.
She co-authored a report on Overcrowding with the WTTC articulating the key steps for destinations to become more sustainable.
